A VA is basically an\u00a0independent contractor\u00a0or\u00a0freelancer who\u00a0performs support-staff tasks and functions, often while working from home\u00a0or co-working spaces\u00a0or even the neighborhood coffee shop. And that means you can improve on the company\u2019s current performance and hopefully contribute to a healthier financial bottom line.<\/p>\n

Explore the wide variety of\u00a0VA job\u00a0applicants on sites like Fiverr,\u00a0Upwork\u00a0or\u00a0LinkedIn. You can start them on a\u00a0part-time\u00a0basis, before determining whether they have the\u00a0skillset\u00a0to be your next\u00a0permanent personal assistant.<\/p>\n
