Crocs, Inc. filed another motion to dismiss in early 2024. The company\u2019s leaders based this motion on the fact that its shoes are manufactured from 90% Croslite material. They asked Judge Thompson to strike class allegations and dismiss the following five allegations:<\/p>\n
