Uber, Lyft and Sidecar ask SF Mayor Lee to intervene in dispute with SFO Airport

Uber Technologies, Lyft and Sidecar have collectively sent a letter to San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, asking him to intervene in a standoff between the companies and San Francisco International Airport Director John Martin.

John Boitnott‘s insight:

I think it’s time the old style taxi companies learn some customer service, slash prices or just get out of the game entirely. I’ve never met an Uber driver who left taxi driving and was unhappy with the choice. Uber drivers make more, have less stress and are treated better.
